Manatee River Anchorage near Bradenton Florida

Monday 12/4/2017
Depart: Sarasota "Ringling Causeway Bridge" Anchorage 1:10
Arrive: Bradenton, Florida - Manatee River Anchorage 4:10
Distance: 22 nm

Because St. Petersburg, where we have a reservation to stay for the next month, is reasonably close, we had a choice regarding whether to stay at the current anchorage or move to another one. While deciding, we lounged around in the morning taking care of boat business like printing more boat cards (similar to business cards but for boaters) and such. Eventually, Clark decided that we might as well move on to make tomorrow's trip that much shorter.

Passed kayaks along the way
(we have to slow down for them to reduce our wake size)

Clark found us a nice quiet anchorage to hang out in for the night.
